Shipping Policy

Standard delivery across India in 3–7 working days.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
2. Shipping Rates

3. Delivery Locations
We deliver pan-India — all states and union territories. Remote areas and certain island territories may require additional 2–3 days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹3,000 in most serviceable pincodes. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 applies. COD availability is subject to your pincode — you will be notified at checkout if COD is unavailable for your location.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An email with your tracking number and carrier details
- An SMS/WhatsApp notification with a tracking link

6. Delays & Exceptions
CueHealth is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure events
- Delays by third-party courier partners
If your order is delayed by more than 10 working days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.
7. Damaged / Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at our discretion.
